“ The service we had last night from Jefferson was outstanding! He oriented us with several wines and gave us pairing options that work best for the chosen entrees at our upcoming event here. He has a genuine passion for wines and serving clients, and he really made us feel special. In reality, all servers we had have been amazing!! Mike at the bar was also great and catered to us, and Daniel whos been helping us with our event planning has also been attentive. I truly appreciate all the encounters weve had with the staff here. As for the food, you cant go wrong with any dish theyre all sooooo good!! ”

“ I love me some coopers hawk. However I feel the food is getting bland they need to revamp the appetizers and possibly add a seasonal soup. The good is not bad it is good but if I am in joint the club where I am a member I feel the appetizers could be changed to the chicken. What wraps at could have more flavor without sauce they are knock off of changes. Calamari was tasty fresh and had a nice sweet component. Love the truffles However the staff is very knowledgeable. Accommodating and generally fun. I do love the place but maybe those appetizers would get them if they were half off during a happy hour or something. I am a bit of a fan of the wine tastings and love the dinner pairings but since Im so much of a regular lets make things seasonal. ”

“ We had a fantastic dining experience at Coopers Hawk. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, striking a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. For dinner, I had the pistachiocrusted grouper, which was cooked to perfectiontender, flavorful, and complemented beautifully by the creamy mashed potatoes and crisp asparagus. The nutty crust added a great texture without overpowering the delicate fish. The gnocchi alla vodka was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with perfectly pillowy gnocchi that melted in the mouth. The service was outstandingattentive without being intrusiveand the staff was knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. Speaking of wine, the selection was excellent, making it easy to find the perfect match for our meal. Everything from the presentation to the flavors exceeded expectations. The restaurants relaxed yet refined ambiance made it a great place to enjoy a meal, and we never felt rushed. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and well definitely be returning. We ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes and vegetables, as well as the churrasco with mashed potatoes and a fresh salad. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and hot. To complement our meal, we enjoyed a delightful selection of beverages, including wine, unsweetened tea, and sweet tea. Everything was just perfect. The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a wonderful spot for a special meal.
